yoga classes will gently exercise all parts of the body, promoting
suppleness in the spine and joints, resulting in calmness of mind
and relieving the tensions and stresses of everyday life.
Simple relaxation techniques will bring peace and inner harmony,
leaving you with a sense of well-being and vitality. Classes
are topic based. Previous topics have included Sanscrit,
Individual Anatomy, Ayurveda, Myths, Osteoporosis, Principles of
Yoga, and Ethics. The classes are slow and meditative encouraging
exploration and inner awareness.
Ability classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and include
beginners as well as long term students.
