General Yoga


These yoga classes will gently exercise all parts of the body, promoting suppleness in the spine and joints, resulting in calmness of mind and relieving the tensions and stresses of everyday life.  Simple relaxation techniques will bring peace and inner harmony, leaving you with a sense of well-being and vitality.  Classes are topic based.  Previous topics have included Sanscrit, Individual Anatomy, Ayurveda, Myths, Osteoporosis, Principles of Yoga, and Ethics. The classes are slow and meditative encouraging exploration and inner awareness.  

Mixed Ability classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and include beginners as well as long term students.

Tuesdays 7.00-8.30 pm St Ives Methodist Church Hall, The Waits, St Ives, Cambs PE27 5BY. 

Wednesdays 12.00-1.30 pm, Community Room, Tesco, Abbots Ripton Rd, Sapley, Huntingdon, Cambs PE28 2LA.

Thursdays 10.15-11.45 am Queen Elizabeth  School Hall, 1 Post Street, Godmanchester, Cambs PE29 2NB.  

Thursdays 8.00-9.30pm St Ives Methodist Church Hall, The Waits, St Ives, Cambs PE27 5BY.

Bring a mat and a blanket.
