Yoga 4 Pregnancy


Congratulations!  Many women first find yoga in pregnancy and then are hooked for life!

Yoga is a holistic practice which works on many levels to promote physical health and inner harmony.  It can have far-reaching beneficial effects at this important time and for the rest of your life.  In these classes we practise gentle movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation.  These will strengthen the body, alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, and promote relaxation and bonding with the baby.  The classes also offer an opportunity to practise positions and techniques for labour and to meet other mothers-to-be.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Please bring a mat and 2 pillows with you.
